Independent contractors
You're your own boss, and your own business.
Shotzys are independent contractors, not employees. Each Shotzy sets their own hours and prices, is responsible for their own taxes, equipment and safety, and chooses which jobs to accept and does them at their own risk. You agree to this Independent Contractor Agreement when you set up your Shotzy profile.

Upload a government ID. It's reviewed privately before you can take bookings.

Shoot, deliver, get paid
Shoot in the app. Photos reach the customer instantly, and you're paid when they approve.

How payouts work
1. Set up payouts
Connect a Stripe Express account from your wallet. Stripe verifies your details and links your bank.
2. Shoot and deliver
Photos (and video clips on time packages) go straight to the customer's phone during the shoot.
3. Customer approves
The customer's payment is held while you shoot. When they approve, your 85% share is released.
4. Get paid
Your earnings and 100% of any tips are transferred to your Stripe account, then paid out to your bank on Stripe's schedule.
