Safety is built into every booking.
ID-verified photographers
Photographers upload a government ID that's reviewed privately before they can accept bookings.
Pay only when you approve
Payments are held by Stripe and only released to the photographer when you approve your photos.
In-app chat
Coordinate everything inside the app. Messages stay attached to your booking.
Phone numbers stay private
Neither side sees the other's phone number.
Location only during a booking
Live location is shared only while a booking is active (accepted through the end of the shoot), and only with the other person on that booking.
10-minute no-show rule
If your photographer has arrived but you can't find each other after 10 minutes, you can end the booking for a full refund.
Camera-only uploads
Photos and videos come straight from the in-app camera at the shoot, not from someone's gallery.
Easy cancellation
Cancel any request before the shoot starts. If you've paid, it's refunded in full.

If you ever feel unsafe, leave the situation and contact local emergency services. To report a photographer, customer or booking, contact us and choose "Safety".
